Coo­les „Standalone-Tool“ zur Erstel­lung von belie­bi­gen For­men mit der gewünsch­ten Anzahl oder Größe von Fotos.

Mit Shape Col­lage ist die Umset­zung von hoch­auf­lö­sen­den Foto-Collagen in nahezu unbe­grenz­ter Form (Gra­fik, Schrift, Scribble) ein Kin­der­spiel. Bild­ord­ner impor­tie­ren, Form aus­wäh­len, Vor­an­sicht begut­ach­ten und fer­tig­stel­len! Das Ergeb­nis kann als JPG-, PNG– oder PSD-Datei expor­tiert wer­den. Die Photoshop-Datei bie­tet die Mög­lich­keit jedes Foto auf ein­zel­nen Lay­ern zu bear­bei­ten. Die Ver­wen­dung ist für den pri­va­ten Anwen­der frei — für kom­mer­zi­elle Zwe­cke ist eine Lizenz notwendig.

Webfonts auf dem Vormarsch

Es sieht so aus, als würde pro­fes­sio­nelle Typo­gra­fie in Zukunft auch für Web­sites auf brei­ter Front ver­füg­bar sein.

Die „@font-face-Regel“, mitt­ler­weile in aller Munde, macht Fonts in aktu­el­len Web­brow­sern ver­wend­bar. Immer mehr Webfont-Serviceanbieter wie z.B. „fonts.com“ — ein Ange­bot mit 7.500 Fonts von Mono­type, Lino­type und ITC  — gehen an den Start. Detail­lierte Infor­ma­tio­nen zur His­to­rie von Web­fonts fin­det man bei „Dr. Web“ und zu Browserunterstützung/Coding etc. bei „Webfonts.info“. cur­tain

the final cur­tain on one of the lon­gest run­ning
musi­cals ever, some people claim to have
seen it over one hund­red times.
I saw it on the tv news, that final cur­tain:
flowers, cheers, tears, a thun­de­rous
acco­lade.
I have not seen this par­ti­cu­lar musi­cal
but I know if I had that I wouldn’t have
been able to bear it, it would have
sicke­ned me.
trust me on this, the world and its
peo­p­les and its art­ful enter­tain­ment has
done very little for me, only to me.
still, let them enjoy one ano­ther, it will
keep them from my door
and for this, my own thun­de­rous
accolade.
